Q & A

The Wedding

  • The ceremony and reception are both taking place at Olympia’s Valley Estate. 1051 Walker Rd, Petaluma, CA 94952

  • Formal attire. This means long dresses for women, and a dark suit and tie for men (no tuxes).

The ceremony will be outdoors in a grassy/gravel area. Know that you will have to walk on grass/gravel, so we recommend staying away from stilettos or shoes that would be ruined if it rains the night before.

The reception will be outdoors, so we would recommend bringing something to keep you warm as it gets chilly at night.

  • You can RSVP here! We ask that all guests RSVP as soon as possible, and no later than Feb 21, 2021.

  • We will miss you! If you cannot make it to the wedding, it would be helpful to know as far in advance as possible – we are working through some COVID restrictions and it would help us plan accordingly.

If you RSVP yes and your plans change, please let us know as well.

  • Our registry is linked here! However, know that your presence at our wedding is the best gift we could possibly ask for.

TRANSPORTATION AND LOGISTICS

  • We’ll have transportation available to/from Olympia’s Valley Estate. Since there is no to limited cell service in the area, and Ubers/Lyfts are generally not available, we recommend that you use our provided shuttles (see shuttle route here), drive yourself (there is parking on site), or pre-arrange for transportation.

  • Please plan to arrive by 3:30pm, as the ceremony will start promptly at 4pm.

  • Don’t count on it! For this reason please plan transportation ahead of time (or use our provided transportation). A landline phone is available for emergencies or to call the babysitter.

COVID

  • Yes, we kindly ask that you only attend if fully vaccinated.

  • Most of the wedding will be outdoors, and for this reason we are not requiring masks. Please do wear a mask when riding the shuttles.
